Dear owner of Muffler Doctor,

Congratulations to you on your business practices. SIx months ago I had the Muffler Doctor install a replacement Cat. converter put on my 1989 Dodge conversion van. Four months after the installation the weld broke and after two more months of not having the time to get it in to have it fixed, I dropped if off to be repaired today Tuesday July 2.

When asked if I had my original receipt, I explained that I did not keep it, so I thought that I might have to pay to have it welded back up again. Upon picking up the van I was told that there would be No Charge for this.

In the future if I need any work done that can be completed by the Muffler Doctor or I am asked of a fair place to have work done by friends or others, I will direct them to your business. Thankyou for the extra ordinary service. I notice these things because I am the owner of a service business like you.

Dear Sir:

Last Friday (Oct. 20th) I brought my car into your shop to inspect the exhaust system. After inspecting the system I decided to wait to have repairs done as to the year of my car. While backing the car out of your shop you employee noticed I had a brake problem. We opened the hood to check fluid and noticed that there had been a foreign substance added to master cyl. Yes I accidentally added power steering fluid in with brake fluid. Well you know what that did to my braking system.

With some help we were able to park the car against the South area of your parking lot until I was able to get it hauled home. I went to your waiting area and asked to use the phone to call my wife to come and get me. Your attendant said no, do not bother her, we will give you a ride home. We have a car here just for part running and helping our customers. I have not seen such kind service such as your attendant offered in many, many years. There are no words in saying Thank You to your organization and attendant that assisted me.

You can be assured that I will patronize your business in the future and will recommend your business to all my friends.
